HYROX TRAINING        //01

Our HYROX class is a high-energy, endurance-focused workout that mirrors the structure and intensity of a HYROX competition.

 

We’re talking race-day intensity with circuit-style training that locks in standard HYROX movements like sled push and pulls, rowers, wallballs, and lunges testing your stamina, strength, and speed every session. But it doesn’t stop there.

 

Some days, we flip the script and focus purely on strength, dialing in on the muscle power you need to crush your race, move efficiently, and own every rep.

 

Whether you’re gunning for a PR or just here to outwork yesterday’s version of yourself, this is where you build resilience, grit, and a next-level engine.

ATHLETX TRAINING      //02

ATHLETX is a high-powered, two-part training experience that blends raw strength with explosive conditioning.

Block 1 is all about getting stronger — whether you’re hitting heavy lifts, isolating muscle groups, or dialing in on technique. Some sessions mix things up with skill work and diving into the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting.

Block 2 shifts gears fast. This is where the heart rate spikes, the sweat pours, and the intensity kicks in. Expect high-energy, full-body conditioning that pushes your endurance and athleticism to new heights.

Welcome to The Weightlifting Club, a 90-minute class dedicated to mastering Olympic weightlifting. This isn’t just another strength session—it’s a technical deep dive into the snatch, clean, and jerk, focusing on precision, power, and progression.

Never done Olympic weightlifting before? No worries. This class is designed for all levels, whether you’re a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced lifter wanting to fine-tune your technique. Our expert coaches will break down each movement, teaching you the mechanics, timing, and explosiveness needed to lift efficiently and safely.

Expect a structured, hands-on approach with skill drills, mobility work, and progressive loading to help you build strength, control, and confidence under the bar. No egos here—just pure learning and growth in a supportive, high-energy environment.
