Service Description

What is Contrast Therapy Contrast therapy alternates exposure between heat (sauna) and cold (ice plunge). The heat phase raises body temperature and increases circulation, while the cold plunge rapidly cools the body and causes blood vessels to constrict. Repeating this cycle creates a powerful “vascular pump” that moves fresh oxygenated blood through the muscles while helping flush metabolic waste. This simple but effective method is widely used by athletes, recovery centres, and wellness facilities to improve recovery, reduce fatigue, and reset the body after physical or mental stress. It can be used after training, during heavy work weeks, or simply as a regular wellness routine. What Are the Benefits Regular contrast therapy can support both physical recovery and overall wellbeing. Recovery & Performance Reduces muscle soreness and stiffness after training Improves circulation and oxygen delivery to muscles Helps the body recover faster between workouts Can support mobility and reduce tightness Wellbeing & Stress Activates the nervous system and improves resilience to stress Promotes relaxation after the heat phase Can improve mood and mental clarity Circulation & Health Encourages blood flow through repeated vasodilation and vasoconstriction May reduce inflammation and swelling Helps the body regulate temperature and circulation more efficiently Many people also report better sleep and improved energy levels when contrast therapy is used consistently. What We Offer Our facility includes two dedicated contrast therapy rooms, designed to provide a comfortable and private recovery experience. Each room contains: 2 Cold Plunges – maintained at controlled cold temperatures to deliver an effective cold immersion experience 1 Sauna (capacity 3 people) – providing the heat phase of the contrast cycle Space to relax between cycles and manage your session comfortably This setup allows individuals or small groups to move easily between heat and cold phases while maintaining privacy and a calm environment.
